The cooking classes K&K offers serves not just as an instructional lesson on how to prepare Ghanaian-Southern fusion dishes, it also provides a gateway into the culture and community behind the fusion.

Creating a menu can easily seem like a daunting task when you have to consider a number of factors ranging from presentation, to budget. Not to mention competing palates. Everyone has an opinion on what their idea of the “perfect menu” is, and attempting to please can take you down a rabbit hole that’s difficult to climb out of. Let me do the heavy lifting and work with you to curate a menu that aligns with your vision. Whether it be creating a menu for a small dinner party or working on a complete menu overhaul for a restaurant, I would love to use the knowledge I’ve gained on my culinary journey to elevate your guests’ dining experience.
