Sam’s cooking is some of the best cooking I’ve ever had. Her mac & cheese is BOMB (all caps necessary). Her hot water cornbread was perfect, fluffy, and not dry and her yeast rolls were amazing. Still, my all-time favorite is her mac & cheese.

Amazing doesn’t describe Samantha’s food. We wanted something special and unique for our engagement dinner, and Samantha blew our guests away with the menu she created. From the savory shrimp and grits to the flavorful blackened red snapper, our guests still rave about the dinner on our special night. Every item on the entire menu turned out great!!!
